Business Internet and Networking Built for AI, Cloud and Growth
Your AI tools, cloud apps, calls and video only perform as well as the network under them. We compare carriers, design the network and manage it, so every location and every mobile device runs fast, stays up and is ready for what you add next.

Why the network matters now
Your network is now part of how you make money
Sales runs on cloud CRM, service runs on voice and contact center, operations run on AI and automation. When the network slows down, so does the business.
Faster, more productive teams
AI assistants, cloud apps and file sharing respond in seconds instead of spinning.
Customers who stay
Clear calls, smooth video visits and checkouts that don't drop at the worst moment.
Growth without rewiring
New offices, acquisitions and seasonal spikes are connected on a standard design, not from scratch.
Less risk
Automatic failover, consistent security at every site, and support through hurricane season.
AI & application performance
How AI and your applications change what your network needs
Most networks were sized for email and web browsing. Today's tools push more data, both ways, all day. We start with the applications you run and the outcomes you want, then size the network to match.
| What you run | What it needs from the network | The business outcome |
|---|---|---|
| AI assistants & copilotsMicrosoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini | Low latency to the cloud and steady bandwidth for every user at once | Staff get answers in seconds and actually keep using the tools you pay for |
| AI agents, automation & analytics | Symmetrical bandwidth to cloud and data center, private links and segmented traffic | Automations finish on time and company data stays protected |
| Voice, video & contact centerTeams, Zoom, UCaaS, CCaaS | Low jitter and packet loss, with voice traffic prioritized (QoS) | Clear calls, fewer dropped meetings, better customer satisfaction |
| Cloud ERP, CRM & EHR | High uptime and a second, diverse path that takes over automatically | Orders, billing and patient care keep moving during an outage |
| IoT, cameras, POS & guest Wi-Fi | Capacity at the edge and separate, secured network segments | Safer sites, PCI-ready payments and customer data for marketing |
Performance, in plain language
Speed is only one number. These five decide how your network performs.
Bandwidth
How much data moves at once. Upload matters as much as download for AI, video and cloud backup.
Latency
The delay before anything happens. It's why cloud apps can feel slow on a fast plan.
Jitter
Uneven delay. It causes choppy calls and frozen video, even when speed tests look fine.
Packet loss
Data that never arrives. Small amounts are enough to drop calls and break transactions.
Uptime & SLA
How often you're online, and what the carrier owes you when you're not.
Our assessment measures all five at each location, against the applications you rely on.
Connectivity
Business internet options, matched to each location
Headquarters, branch, warehouse and pop-up sites each need something different. We compare what's actually available at every address.
Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)
Fiber that's yours alone: symmetrical 1, 5 or 10 Gig, low latency and an SLA with up to 99.999% uptime, backed by a 24/7 NOC.
Business fiber broadband
Shared fiber at a lower price than DIA and much faster than cable. No dedicated circuit or SLA.
Cable broadband
Affordable and widely available. Upload is usually slower than download, so it's a strong second circuit.
Fixed wireless
A rooftop antenna links to a nearby tower on fiber. Fast to install and a diverse path from wired lines.
5G & LTE wireless
Cellular routers (such as Cradlepoint) for temporary sites, job trailers, fleets and automatic backup.
Satellite internet
Including low-earth-orbit service for remote sites and a last line of backup after a storm.
Managed networking
Managed network services that keep every site fast and secure
SD-WAN
Steers each application over the best available connection and switches in seconds when one fails.
SASE & managed firewalls
One security policy for offices, remote staff and cloud apps, monitored and patched for you.
Managed Wi-Fi
Campus, warehouse and office Wi-Fi, plus guest Wi-Fi that doubles as a marketing channel.
Internet failover & redundancy
A second circuit on a diverse path, so a fiber cut or storm doesn't take you offline.
Private connectivity
Point-to-point links, MPLS migration and direct cloud connections to Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
AI-driven monitoring
Managed routers and switches watched 24/7, with problems flagged before your team notices.
Our most requested service
Network as a Service: all of the above, one monthly subscription
Swap large hardware purchases for a predictable monthly cost. The provider designs, installs, monitors and refreshes your network as you grow.
Cellular mobility
Business cell phone plans, managed with the rest of your network
Phones, tablets, hotspots and cellular routers often cost less through a managed mobility provider that pools data across carriers than through your internet provider. We audit every line, move you to the right program and manage the devices, so wireless stops being a separate headache. If your team has 25 or more mobile devices, a plan audit almost always pays for itself.
25–35% typical savings on business wireless costs
Carrier plan audit
We audit your current plan and connect you with wholesale carriers that offer flexibility, security and can save you 25–35%.
Device management (MDM)
Stage, secure and track every phone and tablet, with remote wipe when one goes missing.
5G & LTE backup
Cellular failover and routers for job sites, vehicles and new locations.
IoT data plans
Pooled plans for cameras, sensors, alarms and fleet trackers.
How it works
From the outcomes you want to a network that delivers them
Assess
We review your goals, applications, AI plans and current bills, and test performance at each site.
Design
A network plan sized for today and your next three years: circuits, failover, Wi-Fi and security.
Compare & quote
Side-by-side options from the providers that serve each address, usually within 72 hours.
Install & advocate
We manage the install and stay your single contact for escalations, renewals and new sites.

FAQs
Business internet and networking questions we hear most
How much internet bandwidth does a business with 100+ employees need?
It depends more on your applications than your headcount. Video meetings, cloud backup and AI tools need strong upload as well as download. Most offices of this size start at 1 Gig dedicated fiber with a second circuit for failover, and we confirm with a usage review before you buy.
What's the difference between dedicated internet access and business fiber?
Dedicated internet access (DIA) is a fiber circuit reserved for you, with symmetrical speeds and an SLA. Business fiber broadband is shared with other customers, costs less and has no guaranteed bandwidth. Many companies use DIA at headquarters and fiber broadband at branches.
How does AI affect our network?
AI tools send more data to the cloud, more often, and users expect instant answers. That raises the bar for upload bandwidth, latency and uptime. If you’re moving data to a private cloud or training on company data, you may also need private links and stronger segmentation.
Do we need SD-WAN?
If you have more than one location, rely on cloud apps or voice, or want automatic failover, SD-WAN usually pays for itself. It routes each application over the best connection and replaces costly MPLS in many networks.
How do we stay online during hurricanes and outages?
Use a second connection on a different path and technology, such as fiber plus fixed wireless or 5G, with SD-WAN to switch automatically. A second line from the same carrier often fails at the same time as the first.
How much does business internet cost in South Florida?
[Confirm typical ranges for fiber broadband and 1 Gig DIA.] Pricing varies by building, carrier availability and term length, which is why we quote each address. Our assessment is free.
Can you manage locations outside Florida?
Yes. We’re based in Delray Beach, and our provider network covers locations nationwide, so we can and do serve businesses across the US. Every site can sit on one plan with one contact.
Can you manage our business cell phone plans too?
Yes. We audit your wireless bills, renegotiate plans with the major carriers and manage devices, usually saving 25–35%. See business cell phone plans.
