Why companies are switching
Six signs your company has outgrown a buy-it-yourself network
You're opening or acquiring locations
Each new site turns into a months-long network project.
Your IT team is always firefighting
Firmware, outages and tickets crowd out AI, CRM and security projects.
Hardware is near end of life
A big refresh bill is coming for switches, firewalls and access points.
You're rolling out AI and cloud apps
Users complain the tools are slow, and nobody can see why.
Demand spikes with the season
Snowbird season, events or holidays need capacity you don't want all year.
Every site is set up differently
Inconsistent security makes HIPAA, PCI and cyber insurance audits harder.

FAQs
Network as a Service questions we hear most
What is Network as a Service (NaaS)?
NaaS turns your network into a subscription instead of a capital purchase. A provider supplies and manages the switches, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and security, monitors it all 24/7 and refreshes the hardware, for one monthly fee.
How is NaaS different from managed network services?
With managed services you usually own the hardware and pay someone to run it. With NaaS the hardware, lifecycle and management are all part of the subscription, and capacity can change as you grow.
How much does Network as a Service cost?
Pricing is usually per site, per user or per device, per month. Our cost model compares it with what you spend today on hardware, support contracts and staff time.
Who owns the equipment, and what happens when the contract ends?
In most NaaS contracts the provider owns the equipment. Terms at the end vary: renew with new hardware, buy out or return. We negotiate clear exit terms before you sign.
Is NaaS secure enough for HIPAA and PCI?
It can make compliance easier, because one security policy is applied to every site and changes are logged. We confirm each provider’s certifications and will sign the agreements your auditors need.
Can we keep our current internet provider?
Usually, yes. Many NaaS offerings run over your existing circuits, and we can add or replace circuits where performance or failover needs it.
How long does it take to move to NaaS?
Typically 2–8 weeks per site. Most companies phase it site by site, often starting with the location that has the oldest hardware or the next expansion.
