Cybersecurity Services That Reduce Risk and Satisfy Insurers and Auditors

Start with a gap assessment, then close the gaps in priority order with the right mix of tools and managed services. No overbuying, no blind spots between providers.

Questions we help you answer

  • Where are we most exposed right now?
  • Will we pass our cyber insurance renewal?
  • What do our auditors and customers need to see?
  • What should we fix first, and what will it cost?

Start here

Know where you stand: start with a cybersecurity gap assessment

Our solutions engineers review your controls against a recognized framework such as NIST CSF 2.0, rank each gap by business impact and turn the results into a security roadmap with costs.

You get a clear answer to “are we covered?” that leadership, insurers and auditors can all read.

What the assessment covers

  • Identity and MFA
  • Endpoints and servers
  • Email security
  • Network and remote access
  • Backups and recovery
  • Cloud and Microsoft 365
  • Policies and incident plan
  • Training and vendors

You receive: risk-ranked findings, a prioritized roadmap and budget estimates.

Services

Cybersecurity services we help you plan and buy

Endpoint, email and network security

EDR, email filtering and firewalls, plus SASE for offices and remote staff.

SASE for offices and remote staff

Identity and access management, zero trust

Single sign-on, MFA everywhere and privileged access controls, so a stolen password doesn't open the whole company.

Penetration testing and vulnerability management

Annual or subscription testing that finds what attackers would.

Why waiting a year is risky

Compliance as a service

Ongoing monitoring, policies and audit-ready evidence for HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, NIST and CMMC.

Security awareness and phishing training

Short, regular training and simulated phishing that turn employees into a line of defense.

AI security and governance

Find shadow AI, set usage policies and protect company data in AI tools.

Physical security: AI cameras and access control

Cloud-managed cameras with AI search and alerts, and badge or mobile access for every door and site.

Cyber insurance

Meet your cyber insurance requirements

These are the controls carriers ask about most often. Missing one can raise your premium or put a claim at risk.

MFA on email, remote access and admin accounts

EDR or MDR on every endpoint and server

Offline or immutable backups, tested

Timely patching of systems and apps

Privileged access controls

Security awareness training

A written incident response plan

Email filtering and domain protection

FAQs

Cybersecurity questions we hear most

What does a cybersecurity gap assessment include?

A review of your controls against a framework such as NIST CSF, covering identity, endpoints, email, network, backups, policies and training. Risks are ranked by impact and turned into a remediation roadmap.

Do we need MDR if we already have antivirus?

Antivirus blocks known threats. MDR adds 24/7 human monitoring and response, which is what stops ransomware and account takeovers in progress, and what many insurers now ask about.

How often should we run a penetration test?

At least once a year and after major changes; PCI DSS requires both. Many companies now use subscription or continuous testing so gaps don’t sit open for months between tests.

What do cyber insurance carriers require?

Requirements vary by carrier, but the most common are MFA on email and remote access, EDR or MDR, offline or immutable backups, patching, privileged access controls, security training and an incident response plan.

Which compliance frameworks can you help with?

HIPAA, PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2, NIST CSF 2.0, CMMC 2.0 for defense contractors, and Florida’s data protection law. Compliance as a service adds ongoing monitoring and audit-ready evidence.

What does Florida law require after a data breach?

Under the Florida Information Protection Act, businesses must take reasonable measures to protect personal information and notify affected Floridians within 30 days of determining a breach occurred. Breaches affecting 500 or more Floridians must also be reported to the Florida Attorney General. This is general information, not legal advice. [Counsel to review.]

How do we secure the AI tools our employees are already using?

Find them first (shadow AI discovery), set an AI acceptable-use policy, apply data-loss and identity controls, and approve tools that meet your data-retention rules.
