Cloud Solutions Built Around Your Applications, Budget and Risk

Public, private or hybrid: we map each workload to where it runs best, plan the migration and keep you running through outages and hurricane season.

Your cloud review covers

  • Where each application should run, by cost, performance and compliance
  • Recovery targets you can actually meet, in writing
  • Your VMware renewal options, side by side
  • Where your current cloud bill is leaking money

Cloud options

Where should each workload live?

There's no single right cloud. Most growing companies end up with a mix, chosen application by application.

Servers and storage as a monthly service, sized to what you use and upgraded by the provider.

Colocation and data centers

Space, power and connectivity in South Florida and out-of-region data centers, compared on price and resilience.

Microsoft 365 backup

Protect email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams from deletion and ransomware.

What if you lost two years of email?

VMware alternatives

Renegotiate, switch hypervisors or move to hosted or public cloud, with cost and risk compared for each.

Cloud cost optimization

Right-size resources, remove idle spend and commit only where it saves money.

AI-ready data infrastructure

Organized, secured data that AI tools can use safely.

Business continuity

Hurricane-ready: business continuity for South Florida

When an office can't open, your systems, data and phones should keep working from anywhere.

Out-of-region data centers

Critical systems replicated to a site outside the storm path.

Clear recovery targets

How much data you can afford to lose (RPO) and how fast you must be back (RTO).

Tested before June 1

A failover test every spring, so the plan works before hurricane season starts.

Connectivity that fails over

A second internet path and cloud phones.

FAQs

Cloud questions we hear most

Public, private or hybrid cloud: which is right for our business?

It depends on each workload’s performance, compliance and cost needs. Most mid-sized companies end up hybrid. We map each application before recommending anything.

How long does a cloud migration take?

Small, well-documented environments can move in weeks. Complex or regulated environments take several months. The assessment gives you a timeline before you commit.

Does Microsoft back up our Microsoft 365 data?

Microsoft keeps the service running, but under its shared responsibility model, protecting your data from deletion, ransomware and retention gaps is up to you. A third-party Microsoft 365 backup closes that gap.

What's the difference between backup and disaster recovery?

Backup is a copy of your data. Disaster recovery is the plan and platform to get systems running again within set targets: RPO (how much data you can lose) and RTO (how fast you must be back up).

How do we keep running during a hurricane?

Replicate critical systems to a data center outside South Florida, use cloud-based phones and email, add internet failover, and test the plan before hurricane season starts on June 1.

What are our options after the VMware licensing changes?

Renegotiate, move to another hypervisor, or shift workloads to hosted private cloud or public cloud. We compare the cost and risk of each before your renewal date.

What is colocation and when does it make sense?

You own the servers; a data center provides power, cooling, physical security and connectivity. It suits companies with steady workloads, compliance needs or hardware they want to keep.
