Outcomes first

Technology decisions are business decisions

We start with what your leadership team wants to achieve, not with a product. Every recommendation on your roadmap ties back to one of these outcomes.

Grow without adding headcount

Automate routine IT work, give teams tools that scale, and open new locations on a repeatable standard.

Reduce risk and insurance exposure

Close the security gaps attackers and insurers look for, and know how fast you can recover from a breach or storm.

Control and predict spend

Cut overlapping tools and contracts, right-size cloud costs and budget the next three years with no surprises.

Pass audits and win bigger contracts

Meet HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2 or CMMC requirements so compliance opens doors instead of closing them.

How it works

How our advisors and solutions engineers build your technology roadmap

Advisors keep the plan tied to your business goals. Solutions engineers make sure every recommendation works with what you already run.

  1. Discover

Your growth plans, risks, deadlines and budget, from the leadership team, not just IT.

  2. Assess

An in-depth assessment across IT operations, cloud and security, including your cyber insurance and compliance posture.

  3. Roadmap

A prioritized 12–36 month plan with costs, risk reduction and the quick wins to start with.

  4. Source & negotiate

We compare providers side by side and negotiate pricing and terms on your behalf.

  5. Implement & advocate

Project oversight, escalations and quarterly reviews for the life of every contract.

On your risk radar

What's driving IT, cloud and security decisions in 2026

Ransomware and email fraud

Mid-sized companies are targeted because they hold valuable data with leaner security teams.

Cyber insurance renewals

Carriers now ask for MFA, 24/7 monitoring and tested backups before they quote.

AI and shadow AI

Employees are already using AI tools. Your data, identity and access controls need to keep up.

Compliance pressure

HIPAA, PCI DSS 4.0, CMMC for defense suppliers, and Florida's data breach law.

VMware licensing changes

Renewals are forcing a fresh look at private, hybrid and public cloud options.

Hurricane-season continuity

Systems, data and phones that keep running when an office in South Florida can't open.

FAQs

IT, cloud and cybersecurity questions we hear most

What does an IT, cloud and cybersecurity advisor do?

We act as your outside technology team for decisions. We assess your IT, cloud and security together, build a roadmap tied to business outcomes, compare providers, negotiate terms and stay on as your advocate after the contract is signed.

How is My Resource Partners different from a managed service provider (MSP)?

An MSP sells its own services. We’re vendor-neutral: we compare 400+ providers, including MSPs, cloud and security firms, and recommend the right fit for each part of your roadmap.

What does it cost to work with you?

Our advisory and assessment are at no cost to you. We are paid by the provider you select and we typically save you 35%.

What's in a technology roadmap?

Your current state, the gaps and risks we found, prioritized projects over 12 to 36 months, estimated costs and budget timing, and the quick wins to start with.

What happens during the free technology assessment?

An initial 30 to 45 minute conversation with an advisor and a solutions engineer about your goals, environment, contracts and risks, followed by a written summary of findings and next steps.

Do you only work with South Florida companies?

We’re based in Delray Beach and focus on Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade, but we support multi-location companies nationwide, with Smart Hands technicians for onsite work.

Can you work with our internal IT team?

Yes. Most of our clients have an IT director or a small team. We add engineering depth, provider leverage and project capacity without replacing them.
